PROSEIN: the homogeneous industrial dry mortar from Molins

PROSEIN is the solution designed by the Molins team to produce homogeneous screeds with CE marking and adapting to the needs of the work.

The solution, designed by the Molins team, for making homogeneous screeds, adapting to the needs of the construction site. The innovation provided by PROSEIN is to have a silo on site with the previously dosed and homogeneous product prepared in the plant. Once on site, it is only necessary to dose the water and pump it to the desired location.

PROSEIN is CE marked and saves on waste management:

– Bulk supply: avoids the use of cement bags on site.

– No wastage: the product is 100% consumed, meaning improved yields and minimised environmental impact.

– More safety: the use of bulk material avoids the handling of bags and above all avoids possible cuts when opening the bags.

Among the main uses of this mortar we highlight its use as regulation bases, screeds and levelling of surfaces. It is also compatible with thermal and acoustic insulation.

Different specific formulations of PROSEIN are available depending on their use:

– Regulation bases for floating parquet, wood, ceramic or stone flooring.

– Glued parquet, carpet, vinyl flooring, microcements and glued flooring that require greater resistance.
