For the correct functioning of the Promsa Albarán Digital application, we use the data for the following purposes:

  1. Identify the user of the application.
  2. Manage the digital delivery note service, providing relevant information on works and distances travelled.
  3. Automate the necessary processes and calculations through the geolocation of the device, allowing the tracking of employee and collaborator trips to construction sites and calculating the distance travelled.
  4. Provide access to the application to the company’s customers to facilitate the monitoring of services.

Any other purpose will be communicated to you before processing your data.

Legitimation of the processing

The basis for the legitimacy of the processing of your data is as follows:

  • Fulfilment of a contractThe Promsa Albarán Digital application is a corporate application whose use is limited exclusively to employees or collaborators, as well as clients, registered in said application.the processing of personal data carried out in said application is based on the fulfilment of the labour or contractual obligations of employees, and collaborators or clients, respectively.in the case of employees or collaborators, the operating system or device on which the application is installed may request consent to use location or geolocation data.Failure to provide such consent will prevent the correct functioning of the Promsa Albarán Digital application and the achievement of the process automation purposes pursued with the same, and could go against the employment and contractual obligations of the employee or collaborator with Promsa.likewise, the application will continue to manage the location until the user expressly closes it, although Promsa will not use the geolocation data outside working hours or the obligations contracted with employees and collaborators.

Data recipients

Your data will not be sold, rented or made available to third parties. In certain cases, access to your data will be given to certain suppliers who provide services to our company, such as IT development and maintenance, but who will not process the data for their own purposes.

Conservation periods

data shall be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, without prejudice to their retention for the purpose of making them available to the competent authorities and for the purpose of dealing with claims. In this case, the data will be kept blocked until the end of the limitation period, at which time they will be deleted.

Also when the data are no longer necessary for processing, but you need them for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims. And finally, when you have objected to the processing, while it is being verified whether the legitimate interest of the controller outweighs that of the data subject.

    You have the right to obtain a copy of all data you have provided to us and where technically feasible, you have the right to request that your personal data be transferred to another data controller.

In the event that personal data is processed by one of our service providers in a third country, our company will implement all measures and controls within its power to protect your personal data. The main measures taken by our company when an international transfer of personal data takes place are the signing of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, the adherence to international agreements, or the application for approved and recognised certifications or codes of conduct.
