Advantages

• Difficult or complex accesses: This concrete is specially designed for complicated pumping and difficult accesses. Compatible for pumping by means of pump trucks and small-format static pumps.
• Traceability: As it is a product manufactured from a concrete plant, homogeneity and Molins quality standards are guaranteed.
• Elimination of reinforcement: With the addition of fibres (non-metallic), we can eliminate the mesh even from the structural reinforcement.
• Small thicknesses: Thanks to its formulation, we can work with thicknesses from 6cm, with a maximum aggregate size of 10mm.
• Quick installation: Thanks to its liquid consistency and pumpability, it can be installed quickly on site.
• No need for cranes or on-site services: The use of this concrete does not require cranes (or auxiliary elements), only a pump.
• No waste on site: As it is transported in a concrete mixer truck and pumped, it leaves no waste (pallets, sacks of cement, etc.) This product has a standard formulation but its dosage can be modified to adapt it to the particularities of each construction site.

Application system

Always by specialised equipment (Molins has its own approved equipment). This product can be applied with any type of pump (static or self-pump) and pipe.
