For this multi-family building of 10 dwellings, approximately 500m3 of HA25/B/20/2A concrete was used on site in an area of 1259.10m2.

Due to its location in an urban area of Sitges, its execution was more complex due to the difficult access of lorries to the site.

The use of 30 cm edge coffers was used to lighten the structure.

The structure is composed of floors above ground and one below ground.
