This system, as if it were a waterproof skin, protects the building from the outside, regulating the exchange of temperatures and, therefore, energy waste. As it is installed on the outside of the home, it does not take up space – which is reduced with traditional systems – nor does it require building work, so it is possible to stay in the home during installation.

It also increases the quality of life in the home, improves and modernises the image of the buildings and can even increase the value of the property by more than 20%, with a view to possible rental or future sale.

The new sustainable external thermal insulation system PROPAM® ECOETICS revolves around all these axes.

It is the first system composed of panels with styrene obtained from plant waste from surplus, such as garden cleaning, branches or leaves, agricultural waste, all of which are free of commercial plants. Moreover, thanks to all this, it reduces the carbon footprint by 30%, promoting the construction of more sustainable buildings with less environmental impact.

Because of all these technical characteristics that we have analysed, thermal insulation systems improve the well-being and quality of life of home users.

Increased resistance to ageing and improved shock absorption and waterproofness

In this sense, they provide greater resistance to the ageing of buildings, introduce greater shock absorption and waterproofing, reduce energy consumption for air conditioning systems, provide acoustic insulation and chemical resistance, among other advantages.
