Propam Impe flex the solution against damp by filtration

Molins has designed a solution that directly tackles the classic damp that appears in basements, storerooms, electrical or boiler rooms, garages, buried walls, lift shafts, etc…, a very common problem in our buildings and often dangerously neglected. Propam Impe Flex is the solution against damp due to seepage.

As these are places that are not inhabited or where we spend less time, we often do not give importance to mishaps that may arise, such as damp, which can damage the healthiness of the building and even, if the problem worsens or persists, compromise its security, as well as, of course, deteriorating everything we have stored in these rooms.

Precisely because they are low places, if there are no barriers to prevent it, humidity from the ground tends to penetrate through capillaries or cracks towards the walls, causing unpleasant and unsightly stains, as well as unhealthy and harmful environments for our health and all our belongings that we want to keep.

To avoid this, Molins proposes the application of solutions such as Propam Impe Flex, a waterproofing coating that acts as a physical and chemical barrier to the passage of these damp filtrations.

It is a fluid solution that can be applied on all types of substrates (concrete structures, mortars, old ceramics or other types of masonry surfaces) and is compatible with all types of finishes. In addition, it is also suitable for contact with water, so it is also suitable for the correct waterproofing of swimming pool basins, water tanks, roofs, balconies, terraces… and any masonry construction element susceptible to getting wet and accelerating its deterioration.

Its advantages also include its ease of continuous application by trowel, roller or brush and its speed of drying: two coats in less than 24 hours, even when used in damp conditions and on damp substrates. Likewise, this solution works under counter-pressure, which means that the water that reaches it through the substrate is not capable of degrading it or passing through it, making it a good waterproofing also for retaining walls or pits and the interiors of our storage rooms and boiler rooms.
