Priming and levelling for pavement construction

PROPAM GRIP + is a ready-to-use universal adhesion promoter primer, based on acrylic resins in dispersion and siliceous quartz aggregates, for application of cementitious screeds and coatings and ceramic adhesives on all types of absorbent and non-absorbent substrates. Suitable for laying cement mortars on gypsum or anhydrite substrates.

PROPERTIES

– Ready to use, does not need to be diluted with water.

– High adhesion on any type of substrate (porous and non-porous).

– Excellent waterproofing.

– Reduces cratering in self-levelling floor applications.

APPLICATIONS

– Laying of self-levelling mortars and screeds.

– Suitable for all types of plaster, ceramic, cementitious and metal substrates.

– Application of levelling mortars on surfaces without surface absorption.

– Suitable for installation over underfloor heating.


NIVELANTE 10 is a self-levelling mortar, reinforced with fast hardening fibres for the regularisation, repair and levelling of pavements in thicknesses between 2 and 10 mm.

PROPERTIES

– Suitable for use with radiant heating systems.

– Fast curing and crack-free drying.

– Passable at 4 hours.

– Suitable for outdoor use.

APPLICATIONS

– Regularisation and levelling of concrete and mortar floors both indoors and outdoors.

– Levelling of small and large surfaces in both new construction and renovation.

– Floor levelling mortar for laying ceramic tiles, marble, carpet, flooring, PVC, cork, plastic floors, paint, etc.


NIVELANTE 80 is a self-levelling mortar, for levelling, repairing and screeding pavements in thicknesses between 10 and 100 mm.

PROPERTIES

– Suitable for use with radiant heating systems.

– Passable after 24 hours (at 20ºC).

– Suitable for outdoor use.

– High levelling capacity.

APPLICATIONS

– Regularisation and screeding of concrete and mortar paving both indoors and outdoors.

– Floor slab and floor screed in both new construction and renovation.

– Particularly suitable for radiant heating installations or as a floating layer over sound insulation.
