Descripción sistema
Masonry work such as grouting, small anchorages, fixing door and window frames, fixing clamps, sanitary fittings, hinges… requires the use of very fast hardening mortars, capable of providing very high mechanical resistance in just a few minutes.
The solution is to usePROPAM® REPAR 20R, i.e. a mortar formulated on the basis of high-strength cements and special quick-setting and hardening additives.

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE
The substrate must be firm (minimum tensile strength of 1N/mm2), rough and free of oils, old paint residues, release agents, dust, cement slurry, etc.
Moisten the substrate with water before applyingPROPAM® REPAR 20R.This operation must be carried out with particular care if the surfaces are very absorbent (mixed walls, bricks) and if they are exposed to the sun.
The substrate temperature must be a minimum of +5°C and a maximum of +30C and care must be taken to ensure uniform temperatures during application and curing.
APPLICATION
MixPROPAM® REPAR 20R according to the instructions given in its data sheet.Mix with a trowel or spatula until a homogeneous, lump-free paste is obtained. It is possible to prepare a larger quantity and in this case it is advisable to use an electric mixer.Prepare each time the quantity of paste that can be used.Apply quickly, as it sets very fast.
OncePROPAM® REPAR 20Rhas been kneaded, it can be applied by trowel or trowel. The application time is approximately 10 minutes.
Curing is indispensable when the material is applied in conditions of strong sunshine, dryness, etc. This can be done with plastics, watering, wet burlap, etc.
UsePROPAM® PRONTO, a ready-to-use rapid-setting thick mortar for filling thicker voids.
