Concrete waterproofing with PROPAM STOP WATER CONCRETE “PROPAMSA” system, after preparing the support, eliminating carbonation front by mechanical means and replacing rods in case of loss of section. Application of repair mortar with thixotropic corrosion inhibitors of high adhesion, one-component and without shrinkage, of very high mechanical resistance, with migratory corrosion inhibitors and reinforced with fibers, in thicknesses between 2 and 50 mm, specially formulated for repair , restoration, structural reinforcement, humidity control for protection, increase in resistivity through impregnation and coating of the reinforcement by coating with a concrete barrier, under aggressive environments. Complies with the requirements of EN 1504-3 class R4, EN1504-2 and EN 1504-7 standards. It has CE2+ Marking for uses in building and civil engineering works of all types, PROPAM REPAR TECHNO 40 MCI from PROPAMSA. Once set, waterproofing and protection of the concrete face, using a two-component mortar formulated with cements, synthetic resins, additives and selected aggregates, forming a completely waterproof coating with very high flexibility and great adhesion, applicable to both direct pressure and counter pressure. (more than 10 atm), resistant to permanent humidity and weathering, FLEXITEC from PROPAMSA, suitable for contact with drinking water, resistant to chlorides and sulfates. Applied in two coats in a minimum thickness of 2 mm and reinforced in singular points with BETOTAPE SEAL fiberglass mesh. Under the requirements of the EN 1504-2 standard, with CE 2+ Marking for uses in building and civil engineering works.
