Discover our range of solutions and the new PROPAM® IMPE THICK LAYER waterproofing mortar. Our product is a two-in-one product, a mortar for regularising thicknesses and waterproofing at the same time, ideal for interiors or exteriors.

This is a single-component mortar formulated with sulphur-resistant cement, selected aggregates and waterproofing resins, which forms a completely waterproof coating with high adherence in thick layers, applicable both under direct pressure and counter-pressure. Exterior and interior waterproofing mortar

This mortar provides a lot of benefits for the waterproofing and protection of any type of tank, tank or channel intended to contain or circulate water. It is also interesting for waterproofing drinking water tanks, but also swimming pools and other buried structures (such as basements, lift shafts, garages…) above and below the water table.

It is also used for the thick layer exterior waterproofing of foundation walls in new buildings; for the protection of concrete structures against the effects of salts and freeze-thaw cycles and, in thick layer, of structures in marine environments and aggressive environments, as well as for the waterproofing of diaphragm walls, irrigation channels, retaining walls, manholes…

It is highly resistant to the effects of salt water, freeze-thaw cycles and atmospheric agents.

We detail the main competitive advantages of this new Molins solution, of which we can highlight that, in addition to being sulphur-resistant, it is a barrier against CO2, protecting any reinforced concrete structure, it can be applied on damp substrates and waterproofs under direct pressure and counter-pressure.

It is resistant to permanent immersion, it is permeable to water vapour, it is a waterproofing mortar that regularises masonry surfaces, it is very easy to apply, both with a trowel and with a spraying machine, and it has a certificate of potability.

PROPAM® IMPE THICK LAYER is effective in thicknesses from 5 mm, provides high adhesion (>I N/mm²), offers high compressive strength >20 N/mm², together with high resistance to hydraulic abrasion, which makes it a good ally in the restoration of reservoirs, dams and water channels.

Another important advantage is that it can be covered with any type of finish and is ideal for waterproofing and regularisations with an average thickness of 10 mm, cutting capillary dampness that wants to enter the interior of the building through the walls. It is a product that is part of the interior damp treatment system.
