Foundation with industrialized concrete

In our desire for diversification, we present the improved concept of foundations with industrialized concrete for wind towers from Molins -Molins. It can be manufactured with or without a pedestal, this allows the hub height of the wind turbine to be increased. The solution optimizes costs throughout the process and is designed and patented by BYO TOWERS SL.

With this proposal, the impact of the execution of the foundation models “in situ” is reduced, allowing them to be manufactured in the controlled environment of our production centers , proving especially beneficial in environments with cold climates. The project execution time is substantially reduced, causing the wind farm to generate income sooner.

Due to its robust design and exhaustive quality control, this industrialized concrete foundation has excellent performance throughout its useful life.
