Full track sleepers

One-piece prestressed concrete sleepers, either with post-tensioned or pre-tensioned reinforcement.

PRECON has supplied to date more than 7,000,000 units of monobloc sleepers, being the only Spanish manufacturer that has supplied all the models in use on Spanish railways and the leader in the design of sleepers for simultaneous circulation on various track widths. The different design parameters and fasteners of the supplied models can be seen in the model table below.
