TRAINING IN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

160 people, both from the La Puebla de Híjar (Teruel) plant and the Andújar plant (Jaén) have already attended training in Continuous Improvement given by the Processes department of Molins-Molins.

Together we are learning to improve our processes, identify waste and increase the value contributed by our operations. We are also introducing ourselves to the 5S methodology, aimed at increasing order and cleanliness in our workplaces.

In addition, during the different sessions we have reflected together on what the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Method should be like, working as a TEAM and from the first line of action, since There is no one better than someone who does a job directly and involvedly, to participate in the Improvement of their job.

These training sessions will continue as the following specific projects are started in each section, both in Production and in Offices.
