High-rise industrialized building

Our systems for high-rise residential buildings

  • Wired systems with linear and surface elements
  • Panelable systems with 2D surface elements
  • 3D systems with three-dimensional elements

All of them can be mixed together with due precautions since, in general, there is no single system in the Work. Each system can be suitable for certain types of projects and/or combined in the same project, in the construction of homes and facades.

Wired systems

They are made up of a framework of pillars, beams and slabs, which provide rigidity to the structure. In general, the façade of the building (panels) is not part of the structure and is not taken into account in the resistant part.

The industrialized structure can be made using rigid knots, articulated knots or a mixture of both.

It is a highly flexible system, which may require lowering of beams under slabs, requiring false ceilings or greater free heights, influencing the buildability and total height of the building.

2D panelable systems

The panels and slabs themselves generate horizontal and vertical diaphragms, providing sufficient rigidity to the building. It is necessary to have at least 2 continuous diaphragms in each direction to provide the necessary rigidity.

It does not require drops under the floor, since there are no beams, but a strict modulation in the building.

3D systems

They are very rigid but also very heavy 3D sets, which make up a stackable box. They are widely used for the formation of communication cores for stairs and elevators, as well as in housing developments with moderate heights above ground (3-4 floors).

In general, they require a very high repetition of parts, due to mold and transportation costs, in addition to very strict rigidity and modulation.

Adopted construction system

We opted for a mix of systems to provide flexibility and economy to the whole, all of them viable and industrializable by our team.

  • Basement and parking

    It is a forged framework system of pillars and beams. They require clarity in spaces and storage rooms, and accept drop-offs.

  • Above ground floors

    Home separations allow load-bearing panels to be placed on dividers. It is a system with a structural and architectural façade and great openness of spaces.

  • Communication nuclei (stairs and elevators)

    They have the size and repetition necessary to convert them into 3D elements, although they can also be made using 2D panels.
