HAL Structural, lightweight and pumpable

Field of application

• Restoration of one-way joist type slabs.
• Slabs with a collaborating sheet metal.
• Screeds in structures that require little weight, without losing strength.

• Structures which, due to their size or location, must be pumped.
• Structures with acoustic and thermal insulation needs.

Characteristics

• Resistance and lightness. The combination of HAL with electro-welded mesh makes the whole a resistant and light concrete.
• Product traceability. As it is manufactured in a concrete manufacturing plant, it is a homogeneous material, its characteristics are constant and controlled.
• Application. The pumpability, self-compacting and self-levelling capacity allow an efficient application: fast, clean and safe.
• Reliability. The formulation of the product and the careful application give us security.

Application system

• Always by specialised Molins equipment.
• Although it is designed to be pumped, it can also be applied by bucket or direct pouring, depending on the requirements of the work and the access to the pouring points.
• Preparation of the surface and placement of levels.
• Deaeration process after application.

Advantages

• SELF-COMPACTING: It flows until it fills the desired surface by its own weight. Does not require vibrating.
• PUMPABLE: Pumpable. Higher performance and quicker application.
• LIGHTWEIGHT: Lower density than conventional concretes. Reduces the loads on the structure.
• THERMAL AND ACOUSTIC INSULATION: Contains light aggregates that provide the insulating capacity.
