Energy refurbishment of the offices in Sant Vicenç dels Horts

The refurbishment of the building allows energy savings of more than 672 MWh per year.

Cementos Molins has carried out the energy refurbishment of the office building in Sant Vicenç dels Horts, in which updates have been made to the building’s thermal envelope, to the heating, air conditioning, ventilation and DHW thermal equipment, as well as to the lighting installations. The remodelling of the building allows energy savings of 672.48 MWh per year and avoids the emission of 246.3 tCO2 per year.

For the renovation of the facilities, Cementos Molins has received financial support of €380,404.15 through the Programme of aid for energy rehabilitation actions in existing buildings (PREE), whose objective is to achieve a cleaner and more sustainable economy. The programme is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), coordinated by the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDEA) and managed by the Catalan Energy Institute (ICAEN).
